The Inkjoy Gel Pen website was assigned to the team I belonged to on the parent company. I was given the designs and a built out backend.
One of the key features of the site is the ability to change the user's expirence based on pen color selection. In addition to the functionality the user needed to have the ability to share that specific pen and color via social media.
The plugin we were using for social media sharing did not support the use of hashes. I was able to create a unique hash based on the color selected and pass that to a custom function that created a dynamic link that was then posted to the social media outlet selected.View Project
The Sharpie pro microsite was assigned to the team I belonged to on the parent company. I was given the designs and full control over the development of the site keeping in mind the site was a fully responsive static microsite.
The microsite was a single page site but required the ability to show different sections based on URL.
I used a method that I typically use with deep linking which is to use the hash parameter of the URL to display content.View Project
Global 360 Marketing is a growing full service agency in Chicago, IL. Working with the marketing manager, we wanted to create a website that shows the new direction and growth of the agency.
There was a very short timeline, one week to be exact, to design, develop and roll out this responsive new look for the agency, as well as helping with some branding and help concepting a new logo.
A simple minimalistic UI with clean lines that could easily be adjusted for responsive development yet still engaging and able to represent the brand.View Project
This project is my personal pride and joy. BeerThirty is a solution to a problem I and many others face fairly often; where can I find my favorite beer? I created the idea, brand guidelines, UI, UX and everything in between. This project has been a great learning experience for me, in developing technologies and in approaching the demands of a start-up.View Project

This report had several major challenges that took some outside the box development, specifically the deep linking of the 3 levels of accordions through out the site.
The Entergy Integrated report was developed by a team that I was part of. My role in these projects consisted of the responsive stylesheet and all of the interior pages functionality with styling to be easily integrated into the app using iOS webview-wrapper.
Create a interactive User Experience that will gracefully fallback in older browsers.
Using Jquery animations instead of css3 transitions on elements that were crucial to the user experience.View Project
The Hilton World Wide Corporate Responsibility Report was developed by a team that I was part of. The design was created by one of the designers on the team. My responsibilities included developing the all aspects of the report as well as integrating the Hilton World Wide navigation into the report.
Deep Linking 2 levels of accordion navigation with-in the report. Each section had 4+ pages and within those pages were accordions containing the content of the site. This was an effort to prevent long scrolling pages for the user.
Created a custom accordion plugin that checked for a hash in the url and display content based on that hash. This check was preformed on load as well as on hashchange.View Project
The Touchdown Club of Atlanta is an organization to promote and advance Georgia High School Football. Their site did not reflect an organization of their magnitude. They wanted a site that fostered user engagement and was a centralized hub for their members.

Livebarre is a music streaming, specifically a concert streaming application. The app and branding were created by me as well as the complimenting website. This project was my first start-up venture and although it did not take off the way I hoped, it was still my most successful project. Everything I know about running a start-up is the result of this app.
Create a unique concert viewing experience that users couldn't get by searching videos on youtube.
Foster a relationship with record labels for the right to use videos from the venue cameras of the performance, thus giving the user the best quality video possible. In addition to these video's the app has an easy to use search functionality and unlike that of youtube content was not provided by user uploads, making meta tags and searching as highly optimised as possible.View Project
