Every morning since I moved to Atlanta, which was summer of 2007, I have listened to The Bert Show on Q100 in the morning. Usually I try to win stuff but I also really like the personalities on the show. I've called in a few times and actually got on the radio but I never won anything. In January 2014 they had an segment "What's my League", the premise was you submit your photo and the hosts and some of the interns would rate your picture from 0-10. Seemed harmless and fun so I thought, why not? Well after they rated you they grouped everyone into leagues so you could see where you were and see what kind of people you match up with.
Well apparently a lady I was grouped with saw my photo and felt that we should meet. She called got on air and asked if they could help her track me down because she was interested in possibly dating me. I was completely unaware that this was happening until 1 day I woke up to a bunch of text messages and facebook notifications. I had overnight become a local celebrity. They posted the picture I submitted to their facebook to see if the community knew me. Well apparently a few of my friends also watch the show and thought it'd be a good idea to tag me in the post. So now everyone knows who I am and I started getting messages from a bunch of girls saying "If it doesn't work out with the other girl, we can date". The Bert show wanted me to come on air and talk to the lady that was looking for me but it was way too much for me so I declined. It was fun for the first day but then it got too real.
